Course Synopsis:
To improve the level of standards on how salespersons interact with one another. It is important for Salespersons to understand the Practical Guidelines and their role as a salesperson. With such an understanding of the guidelines on the conduct between salespersons – the standards of conduct and ethical behavior amongst salespersons can be raised.
Course Objective(s)
- To understand the general duties of salespersons towards other salespersons.
- To understand the conduct to be observed in relation to Exclusive Listings.
- To understand the conduct to be observed in relation to co-broking (For both exclusive and non-exclusive listings)
- To understand the Ethical standards required of estate agents team leaders and members.
About the Trainer
Mark Gansham
Mr Mark Gansham graduated from the University of London with a Bachelors’s Degree in Economics. He is also ACTA (Advanced Certificate In Training And Assessment) qualified, a pre-requisite to training WDA’s Workforce Skills Qualification (WSQ) programs.
Mark has been a real estate practitioner for 18 years and has vast experience in sales and lease transactions of both the public and private residential market. He has vast knowledge in areas of HDB and Private Residential Properties. Mark has extensive experience in Real Estate training. He is involved in training in the Area of Rental & Sale of Public and Private Properties as well as Skills-based training.
