• Procure facts accurately about the industrial property that they intend to market for sale from an authoritative source, ie. the SLA (Singapore Land Authority).
• Better understand where they may procure more in-depth information from SLA online conveniently through the INLIS from the comfort of their homes.

Course Details

We will discuss the development of Singapore’s Industrial Sector and how the Industrial Property Market grew out from the primary market to the secondary resale market where we agents have a role to play in.

We will then go on to see how the Industrial Sectors grows and how it changes with the times, how Singapore caters to new industries, and how industrial land gets recycled back into the market. But most importantly for us Agents is how the secondary industrial property market has continues to grow and with the changes, comes the element of resale.

We will discuss the 3 things that makes up the Industrial Property Market:- (i) the physical infrastructure of the industrial property market, (ii) the legal system that the industrial property is a part of, and (iii) the players that makes up the industrial property market place.

In summary, we will see how we started in the past, what we have come into the present and see what the future will be.
