Learning Outcome

The objective of this module is to help CEA registered salespersons operating in the Industrial Property Market segment, as segmented by CEA, to:

  • be able to establish legitimately that a specified industrial land or industrial building or industrial strata unit is officially zoned for Warehousing use or for Factory use;
  • be aware of the primary relevant competent authorities and the criteria that they assessed in an application for a change of use from a Factory use to a Warehousing use for an industrial zoned land or strata unit.

Course Description

This module is designed for CEA registered salespersons working in the Industrial Property Market. Participants will learn to distinguish between logistics and warehousing trades, ensuring accurate association with industrial trade use.
