Profile
Mun Kit joined the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) in 2012 as Director (Regulatory Control) and was
instrumental in building up the capabilities of various divisions in the then fledgling statutory board.
In the area of professional development for the real estate agency industry, he led a workgroup comprising
industry representatives to draft the Professional Service Manual, which sets out the expected duties and
conduct of property agents to provide professional and ethical services to their clients. Mun Kit was later
appointed as CEA’s Deputy Executive Director in 2015. Together with the Executive Director, he drives initiatives
to enhance the professionalism of the real estate agency industry and safeguard consumer interests in property
transactions involving property agents.
