Course Objectives

This course is intended to provide Leasing Managers and Salespersons an understanding of the work of Corporate Real Estate ( CRE ) and the strategies in response to the changing needs of the companies in today’s commercial real estate market. Participants will be equipped with the essential know-how on selecting the most suitable properties when companies engage them for leasing transactions. They will better understand the needs of companies-especially the bigger, international or regional ones- as these have unique requirements to comply with their corporate policies.

Expected Learning Outcome
1. Participants will understand what drives the Corporates in making Real Estate decisions.
