About RES

SEAA is an Approved Course Provider (ACP) appointed by the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) to conduct the Real Estate Salesperson (RES) Course which is a compulsory exam preparatory course for new entrants before they take the RES examination. The RES course spans over a period of 9 Full days (intakes are available for Weekday or Weekend) or 18 Evening classes (part time).

The RES Examination Syllabus is prepared in the context of local laws, rules and regulations governing estate agency work and practices, and the buying/selling/leasing of HDB flats and private residential, commercial and industrial properties in Singapore.

Mr Steve’s teaching methods are great. Very clear and concise. He always lectures with the intent to help you understand the material. He is one of the best lecturers that I’ve had.
