*SAEA Ltd, one of the key industry bodies also contributed $500,000 as the seed fund for the Association and transferred its operations including its members, CPD activities, RES course as well as secretariat staff to the new Association

24 founding members* comprising Key Executive Officers of large, medium and boutique-sized Estate Agencies, International Property Consultancies as well as SAEA and IEA came together to form the Main Committee for the proposed Association representing Singapore estate agencies and salespersons.
