In this course, participants will master the use of INLIS features, including OneMap, to search for and identify key attributes of bare land sites without addresses. They will learn to extract detailed information on title ownership and historical transactions and understand the connection between digitized title reports and legal title instruments. The course will also cover how to correlate information on the Property Ownership Index (POI) with transfer and title instruments for resale, highlighting differences from built-up properties.

- Course participants will learn how to understand and use INLIS’ features like OneMap to search and establish keys features of bare land sites with no address.
- Extract detailed information about a bare land site’s title ownership and historical transaction details via INLIS.
- Understand how the Digitized Title reports purchased from INLIS related backwards to the actual legal Title Instruments (eg.Statutory Grants of an Estate in Perpetuity) which govern the authenticity and validity of the title ownership of that land.
