1. Understanding INLIS Property Ownership Information (POI):
– Interpretation of information presented in the INLIS POI report.
– Procurement of legal documents from INLIS, specifically the “Image of HDB Property Instruments” and “Image of HDB Leases.”

Secondary Objectives:

1. Critical Dates in HDB Resale Process:
– Identification and authentication of critical dates using INLIS.
– Proper documentation and submission to the Court of Law in Singapore, if required.

2. Differentiating Caveat and Caveat Listings:
– Clarification of distinctions between Caveat and Caveat Listings.
– Correlation of Option to Purchase exercise date with Caveat Instrument, Transfer instrument, and Caveat Listings using INLIS POI report.
