We would like to inform you that our CRM system will be offline for scheduled maintenance from 30/10/2024, 0000hrs to 03/11/2024, 2359hrs. During this period, users will not be able to register for CPD courses or make payments through the usual platform.

However, we have implemented alternative methods to ensure you can continue registering for courses and making payments. Please follow the steps below: –


1. Temporary Course Registration Process

While our CRM system is offline, you can still register for CPD courses using our temporary registration form.

 
For CPD Courses

  • [CPD Google Form]: Please complete the form to register for your chosen CPD courses. An acknowledgment email will be sent to you on how to complete your payment will be sent to you 1 week before the course commencement or once the course is confirmed.

For RES Courses
[RES Google Form]: Please complete the form to register for your selected RES intake. After submitting your form. An email on how to complete your payment will be sent to you latest 5 days before the course starts or once the intake is confirmed.

For Membership
[Membership Google Form]: Please complete the form to register for your membership. After submitting your form. An email will be sent on how to complete your payment will be sent to you within 1-3 days.

2. Payment Methods During Downtime

Since online payments through our CRM are unavailable, please use one of the following payment methods: –

  • Bank Transfer: Please transfer your course fee to the following bank account:
    • Bank Name: OCBC
    • Account Name: SEAA
    • Account Number: 588 127 225 001
    • Reference: Please include your full name and course title in the reference.

  • PayNow: You can make your payment via PayNow using the following UEN number: T15SS0188B
    • Reference: Kindly key in CPD/RES + the last 4 characters of your NRIC (e.g. CPD123A for CPD course, RES123A for RES course) in the reference.

After making the payment, please email the payment confirmation to payment@seaa.org.sg for manual verification.

What Happens Next?

Once the CRM system is back online, all registration details and payments will be updated in our system, and you will receive an official confirmation via email.
