Besides representing the Estate Agencies and Salespersons, SEAA provides members a platform to network; to share concerns and ideas with the intention of self-improvement and for the betterment of the company and the industry.

Under SEAA’s membership, our membership types are defined as follows:
- Associate Membership – Individual who is registered as a salesperson under section 29 of the Estate Agents Act.
- Ordinary Membership – Practicing Key Executive Officer (KEO), an Executive Director, Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer or equivalent of a Real Estate Agency.
- Student Membership – Students of RES courses (auto admitted as a student member and membership will valid for ONE-year from the date individual signs up for RES course)
