This Generic CPD is designed to provide real estate salespersons with essential knowledge and strategies to prevent rental scams in Singapore. Sharing various case studies from the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) and the Singapore Police Force (SPF), participants will develop a thorough understanding of the different types and methods of rental scams and property agent impersonations. This information will enable them to better assist their clients and safeguard themselves against becoming victims of such residential property scams.

Ivy has been a seasoned and well-known real estate agent since 1996. An accomplished, dynamic, and client-driven professional, Ivy consistently goes the extra mile for her clients. Her extensive experience spans residential properties, with a particular expertise in handling unique HDB cases involving divorce, bankruptcy, and the death of ownership scenarios.
