Course Synopsis:

The objective of this CPD activity is to equip the Real Estate Salespersons with the knowledge of the Personal Data Protection Act and the Do Not Call policy that they may encounter and how to successfully navigate and/or avoid them. To equip the salespersons with relevant knowledge of PDPA and DNC in their work.

 

Course Objective(s)

After attending the course, the Real Estate Salespersons should possess a comprehensive understanding of the PDPA and DNC in their profession and also learn the various communication methods available. The Real Estate Salespersons should be equipped with the relevant knowledge to identify and avoid these problems and to effectively manage and resolve these problems through the use of approved strategies.

The course participants will also learn various regulatory frameworks of the PDPC.
