Trainer | Profile |
Ms Eunice Lim Eunice holds a Master of Arts in Professional Education from NTU/NIE and a Master of Science in Real Estate Investment and Finance from Herriot Watt University UK. She has more than 10 years of experience in training and consultancy in the real estate industry, setting up a training centre as well as managed the operations and administration of a US master franchise real estate agency. She had attained a Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education and is also a certified DiSC Facilitator As a SkillsFuture Mentor and Certified Workplace Learning Specialist, Eunice contributes back to the industry by helping SMEs innovate and improve their organisation learning and development. Eunice maintains her passion for training and is enthusiastic in sharing her knowledge and mentoring of future KEOs in the Real Estate Agency (REA) course with an Approved Training Provider. She also trains the Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) course with the Institute of Adult Learning. |
Registration
– Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis, subject to availability.
– Registration is only confirmed upon full payment of fees.
– Confirmation email will be sent to the attendee within the week of the activity followed by an SMS reminder one day before.
Attendance / Certificate of CompletionAs CPD credit hours will be awarded for this CPD activity, please remember to sign in your attendance upon
registration and sign out your attendance at the end of the activity. A letter of completion will be sent to you via email
within 1 week. Do be informed that the Q&A segment forms part of the CPD training session and all participants to remain until the end of the Q&A segment. Participants who did not attend the course fully shall not be accorded the allotted CPD credit hours.
The CPD certificate of attendance & CPD credit hours will not be issued / awarded to you, in any of the following situations:
a) You are late for more than 15mins after the start of the session, or
b) You have to be away for more than 15mins during the session, or
c) You did not remain seated until the end of the Q&A segment, or
d) You have to leave earlier than the compulsory contact hours (i.e. before the session ends), or
e) Did not meet 100% attendance or the min requirement of the course/programme.
Payment of course fee @ SEAA office
Payment of Cash or Nets must be made and received prior to the commencement of the course at SEAA office. Operating hours are from 9am to 5pm (Mon – Fri), avoid lunch time 12.45pm – 2pm.
SEAA’s Special Promotions
SEAA reserves the rights to change the promotions without prior notice and reject the promotion offer to applicants if they do not meet our terms & conditions or make the payment for the course.
a)The promotion price is only valid if the payment is made in person at our office during our business hours via Cash/Nets only. Strictly no online payment is accepted for the promotion.
b)Free CPD activity provided in our early bird promotion is on a first come first serve basis, upon successful payment made for the course that is subject to SEAA’s terms & conditions. The free CPD activity is assigned by SEAA. We will not entertain requests to swap CPD activities and it is non-transferable.
c)In the event of the cancellation of the free CPD due to low registration by SEAA, participants will be notified in reasonable time and offered another replacement CPD activity.
Non-attendance or withdrawal
No cancellation or refund is allowed once course commences, please see below for our refund policy.
Confirmation of course will be provided via email one week before the start of course.

Photos taken during our CPD activities/RES course/Events may be used for our marketing collaterals. If you are not
agreeable to this term, please contact SEAA at feedback@seaa.org.sg. SEAA reserves the right to cancel course or
reschedule course dates, change trainers and change venue and will endeavor to give the Participant as much advance
notice as possible of any changes. Please note that this event is subject to changes, terms and conditions by SEAA.
Participants will be notified in reasonable time if there are changes made by SEAA.
